At CoreFlex Therapy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • You must request a return by emailing support@coreflextherapy.store with your order details before sending the product back.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Fees & Deductions

For standard returns (not covered under the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee), the following fees will be deducted:

  • 25% Restocking Fee – applied to the product cost for all standard returns.

  • Shipping Fee (minimum $25) – a shipping and handling fee will be deducted. This fee is $25 by default but may vary depending on your location.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

  • Orders that have exceeded the 30-day window.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@coreflextherapy.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return shipping address.

  3. Ship the product back as instructed.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund (minus applicable fees).

✅ Important Note on the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are returning the product under our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • The 25% Restocking Fee does not apply.

  • Only the shipping fee (minimum $25, varies by location) will be deducted.

  • You must meet all guarantee requirements, including proof of 90-day usage and answering the required questionnaire.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned product. Guarantee claims may take 2–3 weeks to review and process.
